Beginning his career as a Sales Agent, Andy quickly established himself as a powerhouse in the field, consistently ranking in the top tier and earning prestigious honors, including the President’s Club and multiple Circle of Excellence awards. In 2019, Andy transitioned into leadership as a Sales Manager, where he has since been named Manager of the Year twice. His leadership style is rooted in his firsthand experience at the top of the leaderboard, allowing him to mentor his team with unparalleled insight. Andy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Emporia State University.

Senior Director of Sales - Auto and Home

Erica began her career at SelectQuote in 2012 as a licensed sales agent. Consistently achieving top performance, she was honored as Manager of the Year three times during her tenure. Currently serving as Senior Sales Director, Erica plays a key role in guiding the direction and development of the Auto and Home Division at SelectQuote, utilizing over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, San Marcos, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.

Tessa Rodgers

Manager of Service and Sales Support – Auto and Home

Tessa, an insurance professional with over 20 years of experience, joined SelectQuote in 2018. She rapidly progressed from licensed sales agent to Sales Coach and then Sales Trainer, focusing on both new and tenured staff development. Currently in a management role, she uses her extensive expertise to build an effective service team and to manage content for SQAHnet, the division's online knowledge center. She holds a Property and Casualty license for all SelectQuote Auto and Home states.
